How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Custom, engraved, or personalized orders may require additional processing time.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
Expedited Shipping is currently available for the United States and Canada only.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@forgevalon.com.
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your tracking has not updated for several days or your package appears delayed, please contact us at hello@forgevalon.com with your order number.
We will help check the shipment status and assist where possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

We offer eligible exchanges within 90 days of delivery.
You may request an exchange for a different size, width, or style of equal or similar value.

Are engraved or personalized items returnable?
Engraved, personalized, custom-made, final sale, free promotional items, ring sizers, and items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us at hello@forgevalon.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
