Ring was well crafted and arrived quickly. When having an issue with ring size and timing of needing a replacement due to my wedding date, the customer service was slow to respond at first until offering the only timely solution of purchasing a whole new ring then sending back the original to await the refund. I strongly recommend knowing your size before buying, also that this ring design sizes just slightly larger than average comfort fit rings. The reason I say that is because the exchange process was quoted at 3 weeks, which may not be too long but enough to be a hindrance close to your wedding day.
